Our Story
Benevolve was born from a shared vision to revolutionize the way businesses manage and empower their greatest asset people. Fueled by a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by HR professionals in the modern workplace.
The Beginning
Our story began in a bar in Seattle, where, as practitioners, we were discussing some upcoming RFPs and renewals with HR tech vendors. A few questions came up
Why do I do 5 renewals every year?
I am designing my talent and comp processes based on what my system allows not based on what my business wants.
Why can’t we have one system that does all?
Data is so bad, I have a team of 10 analysts whose only job is to reconcile and correct data across the 10+ Hr systems we have.
My team is spending half of the time chasing tech issues, managing integrations, researching alternate HR tech vendors, and rarely get time to connect and understand our customer - the employee.
With this mutual frustration, we took a napkin and wrote – “the everything HR store”. With that in mind, we embarked on the journey and set up a small but dedicated team set out to create an UNCONSTRAINED HR platform that empowers employers to nurture their talent without any restrictions and foster a culture of excellence.
From our humble beginnings, we have grown into a dynamic startup with a diverse team of experts in HR, technology, and business strategy. We are proud to offer a suite of solutions that address every aspect of the employee lifecycle customizable for every employer’s unique needs.
